Ingredients

2/3 servings
  1. 1/2 kgkaddu
  2. 1/2 tbsfenugreek seed
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1/4 tbsTurmeric
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tbsCoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut kaddu in samll pieces and wash

  2. 2

    Now heat a pan put 1tbs oil add meethi daana (fenugreek seed) green chilli, crackle them add turmeric, coriander add kaddu and salt cover it and allow to cook ''about 5/7 min after kaddu become soft

    Serve it with chapati or paratha
