Steps

Warm milk and activate the yeast with some little sugar.

Sift all other dry ingredients in a clean bowl

Then add in remaining sugar,butter /oil,beaten egg then the yeast mixture and mix with a wooden spoon

Then when combined, wash hands & knead well on a clean flat suface.

Oil the bowl & dough and cover & allow to rise for an 1hr

When doubled in size..roll on a flat surface 1/2 inch @ least then prepare the fillings together in a separate bowl

Spread butter on the rolled dough and sprinkle the sugar cinnamon mixture then roll dough & cut into small sizes and arrange on a buttered/floured pan

Glaze top of each roll with beaten egg and bake for 15 to 20 mins.

Remove from pan,allow to cool a bit and serve warm...u can serve with milk glaze or syrup of choice.
