In a mixer bowl add the sugar and butter and beat on high speed, till it is light and fluffy.add the eggs 3 at each stage.beat to combine.now add the remaining ingredients and beat till a smooth cake batter is achieved. Pour in cake cups or cake pan and bake till golden brown.
