Baby corn Finger Fritters

In a bowl mix maida, cornflour, salt, blackpepper powder, ginger garlic paste and red chilli flakes, add water and maje semi soft batter.

Cut the baby corn half vertically. Dip it in batter

Coat it with bread crumbs

Fry it in medium hot oil till golden brown and crispy from both sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
