QOTW: What are your Top 3 favorite condiments?

Happy Tuesday, kitchen amigos!

It's time for our QOTW (Question of the Week) where we'll be talking about ingredients, methods, and sometimes just plain fun food stuff.

As I was having a bowl of pho into which I put copious amounts of Huy Fong Sriracha for lunch, I thought about what a versatile condiment it is and how I would be really sad if I could no longer have it.

Which then led me to think about other condiments I use all the time. Like mayo - goes without saying great on sandwiches, but also in stuff like chicken and egg salads, and then in the weekly batch of Lemon Garlic Cheat Aioli I make that the family love to eat with raw or roasted veg, paella, on sandwiches... And of course because I have a 6 year old, ketchup is pretty much indispensable.

So today's question is WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 CONDIMENTS? If you HAD to clear your pantry of all but three condiments, which three would they have to pry from your cold, dead hands? :P

And if you know of a Cookpad recipe - whether yours or someone else's - that features your favorite condiments, do share the link! (See Step 3 for linking instructions.)

Looking forward to your answers.

Hope you're all having a groovy week so far. :)
