1/2onion finely chopped
3-4 clovesgarlic finely chopped
1 cupketchup
1/3 cupbrown sugar
1/3 cupcorn syrup or molasses
1 teaspoonWorcester sauce
4 teaspoonsvinegar of your choice
1 teaspooncumin
2 teaspoonsdried chipotle pepper powder
1 tablespoonsoil

Cook onions & garlic in oil med-low, 5 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients, reduce to low. Simmer 20 minutes.
