In a bowl mix together dry ingredients.

Make a well in the center and add milk as you knead

Remove from the bowl and continue kneading on a floured surface until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Roll in a circle, brush with oil.

Roll to form a rod,make a spiral and repeat with the whole dough.

Set aside to rest for about 15 mins covered.

Roll out again a circle then place on a heated pan.

Let the chapati dry the bottom part for a min then turn n apply oil on the upper part then turn again to cook,apply oil on the other side as well n cook both sides. Repeat the same with the rest

Place in a bowl with a lid.
