Steps

Roast besan in ghee till it becomes light brown in colour. Note: Add half cup ghee and slowly add rest of ghee.

Let the mixture cool down.

Add elaichi powder and sugar and mix well.

Keep the mixture aside for 10 mins so that it will start setting.

Now roll out small balls/ladoos and garnish with almonds.
