Take gram flour.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, sugar,Tartaric acid, turmeric powder. - 2
Make batter using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Mash boiled potato and add all spices.

Cut bread into circular pieces using cutter or glass.keep these over idli mould

Apply green coriander chutney.Then apply mayonnaise.

Keep 1 teaspoon of stuffing.

Grate cheese over it.

Now add eno to batter of gram flour and pour over cheese.

Microwave for 1 minute. cool and demould.

Heat oil. Cracker mustard seed. Add curry leaves and chilli. When colour changes turn off gas and pour this to sandwich.

Cut and serve with sauce or green coriander chutney.
