In a bowl add the custard powder and the icing sugar then add a little of the milk and add your essence (Vanilla,Strawberry,Coconut or whichever essence you wish to use for chocolate ice cream add the cocoa at this point)

In a pan boil the remaining milk then add the custard mixture and bowl it for 1 minute

Remove the boiled mixture from the heat and Add some water to a basin and insert your pan to the water allowing it to cool

Whip your whipping cream until it reaches it peak
mix the custard mixture with the whipped cream - 5
Put the mixture in the fridge for one hour remove it from the fridge and whisk with a fork if you have fruits or nuts if you have them and mix well

Return it to the fridge and let it freeze for about 3 hours.Ready to take
