Semolina Upma loaded with veggies.
Steps

Dry roast semolina on sim heat in a pan, Keep it aside. Clean and cut all Vegetables, chilli, ginger and leafy vegetables.

Heat the oil in the pan, season with mustard, cumin seeds, Bengal, black gram, then add green chillies, ginger and all cut vegetables roast well untill they become soft.

Add turmeric, chat masala, garam masala, leafy vegetables, add sufficient water to boil. When water starts boiling add salt, lemon juice and semolina, stir well on sim heat until it gets cooked well. When it starts leaving the pan turn off heat, Semolina upma is ready.
