Soak jowar for 8-10 hrs.pressure cook for 30 min on slow flame for 7-8 whistles

Heat oil in cooker,add cumin mustard seeds and wait till they crackle.fry onions till golden brown.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes,corn,carrots,green peas and cook till tender.

Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala.mix well and saute for few minutes.

Add cooked sorghum,yellow lentil in the cooker.

Add salt and cook well.

Pressure cook for 1 whistle.off flame.add lemon juice,garnish with coriander leaves and onions.

Serve hot with kadi.
