Knead the dough for poori by adding flour meethi leaves salt and oil,keep it aside for 15 mintues so it can be soft.

Now take 1 kadahi,turn on the flame and pour the oil,now as the oil beacome hot turn the flame on medium now add cumin seeds and rai dana now add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and saute it.

Now add onion paste and let it fry and after that add tomatoes. And let it cook on medium falme,after 5 mins add all spices and cook it. As it started releasing oil add boiled potatoes by cutting it and let it cook for 5 to 10 mints on low flame.

Now add water as the gravy you required and boil it your aaloo sabzi is ready.

Now heat the oil in other kadai and make poris and fry it in oil your delicious poori aaloo is ready to eat.Yummy
