Ingredients

  • 4baingan (brinzal) sliced
  • 2potato chopped
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin and aloo,baingan

  2. 2

    Add spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame till aloo (potato) soft

  4. 4

    Mix well again and serve with rice.
