Ingredients

  • 200 gpaneer
  • 1 cuppeas /matar
  • 2onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala/ whole spice powder
  • as neededoil / desi ghee
  • 1 tspHaldi / turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a Pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Heat the desi ghee

  3. 3

    Add the onion paste

  4. 4

    Add the ginger garlic paste

  5. 5

    Add the tomato paste

  6. 6

    Mix the red chilli powder and haldi

  7. 7

    Mix the salt and peas

  8. 8

    2 whistle in pressure cooker

  9. 9

    Cut the paneer

  10. 10

    Last mix the paneer and gram masala
