Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1 ballImli lemon size
  • 1 tspChana dal
  • 1 tspUrad dal
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • FewCurry leaves some
  • 3Dry red chillies
  • 5 tspOil
  • 1/4Turmeric powder
  • 3 tspPeanuts
  • ForMasala:
  • 2 tablespoonChana dal
  • 1 tablespoonUdad dal
  • 4Dry red chilli
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp(Methi)fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tspKali Mirch
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspHing

Steps

    First two cups rice soak for 15 minutes and boiled 80 percentage and keep aside for cool. And soak the Imli for 10 minutes and take out the pulp in a bowl..

    For masala:

    In a pan put one tablespoon oil and roast chana dal and urad dal and coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds and Kali Mirchiand dry red chilli and Hing and curry leaves roast one by one and mix all the things and grind it the masala is ready

    In a pan put 4 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds chana dal urad dal in dry red chilli and Hing curry leaves peanuts and Fry for 2 minutes then add Imli water and fry for 5 minutes leave out the oil then had the grind masala and Fry for 5 minutes and they leaving the oil after we can add rice and mix well.
