First mix sooji,oats, baking soda & rice flour in a bowl.Add curd and keep aside for 15 mins

Add water to get a perfect pouring consistency.

Chop all the vegetables and keep aside

Now in a bowl add all vegetables, tomato sauce, red chilli, Cumin powder,Kanda lasun masala and mix well.

Add mashed paneer and salt to taste

Take a laddle full of batter and pour on non stick pan to make small mini uttapam

In a while u will see bubbles coming

Now apply a spoonful of green Chutney and red chilli thecha

Now add a spoon of filling on one uttapam.cook for a minute

Now cover like a sandwich

Take a plate for presentation.make a round circle with tomato sauce

Serve this yummy, delicious, healthy sandwich and enjoy
