Steps

Saute bacon until crisp.

Dredge liver in flour and slightly saute in the bacon fat. Set aside.

Saute the onions (sliced).

Cut the liver into 1" squares and add to the pan. Brown the liver well then combine the remaining ingredients.

Simmer to reduce until the sauce thickens.

Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
