Heat oil in a pan and put hing and mustard seeds into it.

Let them splutter, add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste.

Cook for 10 sec.

Then add spring onion and tomatoes.

Cook for 1 to 2 min

Add all dry masalas (spices)

Add green chana and cover it. Cook for 1 to 2 min.

Then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 15 to 20 min in low flame.

After 20 min chana sabji is ready.

Ready for serve
