Firsty we make manchurian so take a bowl and combine cabbage, carrot with salt, green chilli and black pepper

Mix well and add corn flour and all purpose flour also add 3 to 4 tbsp water

Make a small balls with the dough and fry in hot oil till golden brown. manchurian is ready

Heat oil in pan and add ginget garlic and chilli paste

Saute it on full flame add green garlic and onion in to it

Cook for 1 minute and add capsicum and cabbage

Mix well than add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar also add salt as per taste

Add manchurain and rice in to gravy

Mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on full flame

Serve with sweet corn and green garlic
