4 people

500 mlmilk
1 cupwater
1 tablespoontea leaves
2 teaspoonstea masala
to tasteSugar
1/2 cupcondensed milk
1/2 teaspooncardamom powder

Steps

Bring to boil water, tea masala and tea leaves till it simmers.

Now add milk and cardarmom and let it simmer more
3

Add sugar and condensed milk. Stove should be on medium heat at this level.

Serve!
