Keep one pan on flame and roast the porridge.

After this keep one pressure cooker on other gas, now pour clarified butter in it. Put cumin seeds, potato, tomato and carrot, after Saute put salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder then cook for 5 minute.

After this put water in it. When water will boil put porridge in it. Now close pressure cooker and take two whistles

Chatpata and Healthy porridge is ready
