Take a wok add grated mawa roast in pinkish colour.Then coconut and all dry fruits dry roast in 2 minutes then add sugar and cardamom powder mix.

Take a 5 mixing bowl add baking powder and colour mix add water and make a soft dough.

Take a rolling pin make a small pooris take a gujia mould stuff mawa mixture apply water and seal them.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat fry gujia in slow heat at crisp.

Then multi colour gujia ready to eat.
