Place the chicken in a Bring the heat to medium low and cook them covered. Let them release their juice and cook for about 20 minutes until they absorb almost all the juice they released. They will get tender enough in the meantime. Make sure there is still a little juice.. (u can add ur seasoning and spices) set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add in the cooked chicken and stir fry

Add ur potatoes and chicken stock

Add ur g/beans, carrots, spring onion, ginger, garlic, seasoning (i grate the red bell pepper and green pepper)

Lastly add ur g/beans tomatoes and onions let it simmer for 2mins... i served mine with white rice
