250 gmbhindi chopped / okra
1large aloo chopped / potato
1 tspcarom seeds
to tastesalt and red chilli
1 tbspcoriander powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcumin
2 tbspoil

Take a pan

Add cumin and carom,let it splutter

Add aloo and bhindi saute for a minute,add all spices and mix

Cover it and cook for 5 minutes till aloo become soft.
