Ingredients

  • 250 gmbhindi chopped / okra
  • 1large aloo chopped / potato
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

    Take a pan

  2. 2

    Add cumin and carom,let it splutter

  3. 3

    Add aloo and bhindi saute for a minute,add all spices and mix

  4. 4

    Cover it and cook for 5 minutes till aloo become soft.
