In cooker put dal and water add turmeric and salt according to taste only two wistle is enough for it

After that take a pan add some ghee then add cumin seeds and chopped ginger add chopped onion and green chilli after it get brown then add chopped tomato add spices grm masala red chilli as per taste now add boiled dal in tadka now put coriander leaves dal is ready to serve
