#holisweets : This recipe is so colorful and tasty during Holi festival, having banana, coconut so help in maintaining blood pressure, gives energy and immunity.

First of all, sugar is mix with milk and rest it upto one hour.

Now take a bowl sieve, this wheat flour, add saunff, Elachi powder, crushed coconut, ghee and mashed banana.

Now put this milk sugar solution into wheat flour, mix well, and with little amount of water make paste.

Now take a kadhai, put on the gas stove, heat them, add oil for frying, at medium flame, make round shape of malpua with the help of big spoon.

Cook at both sides. Now in another pan, put sugar and water and Elachi heat them upto, ten minutes, make sugar syrup.

Now, in next step, dip this cooked malpua into sugar syrup, take a plate arranged it one over another and garnishing with crushed coconut, tutti fruitti and cherry and mint leaves and serve it.
