Kibbeh Without a Grinder or Lamb Paste
This was my first time making kibbeh.
Steps

Prepare the filling.

Soak the bulgur in hot water and cover for 1 hour.

Knead the mixture well until it forms a cohesive dough.

After an hour, the bulgur will have absorbed the water. Add the spices, grated onion, olive oil, flour, and soaked bread. Mix well.

Shape the dough into discs using your fingers, fill with the meat mixture, and fry in hot, deep oil.
