Sieve the broken rice to separate the fine particles

Soak it with a boiled water for an hour. This makes the steaming faster.

Steam the soaked broken rice in a steamer till it softens
- 4
Add your grinded scotch bonnet, red pepper, groundnut, moringa leaves, spinach, vegetable oil, all in the steamed rice
- 5
Add the seasonings and spices together with the sieved fine particles in d first step(it increases the quantity) and mix them
- 6
Resteam again for some mins, and then serve hot.
