Melt butter in kadai. add wheat flour and roast till golden.

Grease thali with butter. keep aside. grate gur/ jaggery. when wheat flour turns golden and is roasted nicely switch off the gas. mix gur quickly. then spread the mixture in greased thali.

Spread the mixture with spatula. Spread sesame seeds on it, let it cool. and cut in pieces. Serve.
