  • 1medium wateryam
  • 1/2sized cocoyam
  • leavesugu
  • palm oil
  • crayfish
  • pepper
  • maggi
  • salt
  • shelled perewinkle
  • dry fish
  • onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the cocoyam and wateryam. then prepare the ugu leaves by rinsing

  2. 2

    Season the grated cocoyam and wateryam with small salt to taste

  3. 3

    And wrap bit by bit in the ugu leaves until all finished

  4. 4

    Then wash and rinse the broken tip periwinkle plenty times in water and put in the pot

  5. 5

    Add palm oil and please the wrapped leaves of wateryam on it

  6. 6

    Add crayfish and pepper and maggi with salt,dryfish,onionand place on fire, then add boiling water

  7. 7

    To cover the pot and cook on low heat

  8. 8

    You can stir after 15 minutes so it does not burn under and continue cooking until the cocoyam and wateryam is cooked add peri wrinkle
