500 gmskarela/bitter gourd
to tasteSalt
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspdry mango powder
1 tspfennel powder
1 tspwhole spice spowder
1 tspcumin and coriander powder
1 pinchasafoetida
2 tbspoil

Steps

Wash andd peel karela,sprinkle salt and keep aside for an hour
2

Now wash and tap on a dry towel
3

Mix all spices in a bowl,give a middle cut in all karela,stuff with spice mix
4

Heat oil in a pan saute all karela and cook till a soft crunch in karela
