  • 2 tsppalak puree
  • 2 tspbeetroot puree
  • 2 tspMango puree termeric
  • 1 cupDates(seedless), Almond, Cashewnuts, Walnut-alltogather,
  • Food decoratives, kaju pista

    Knead dough useing pureesseperately and white dough using water. Let it settle for 15minutes.

    Grinde all dry fruits in mixer jar, for filling gujiyas.

    Make small balls from dough, flatern them, using gujiya presser- make gujiyas by filling dry fruit mixture, close and press gujiyas.

    Heat the oil in a pan, deep fry gujiyas. Colorful dryfruit gujiyas are ready.
