This delicacy is a sweet, crispy affair loaded with coarse thandai masala in every bite.

Take both flours in a bowl. Add ghee to it. Mix it thoroughly.

Add sugar to water. Mix it nicely. Add sugar water to dough. Knead it and rest for 30 minutes. Make equal size balls out of it.

Take a ball, roll it into roti - not so thick, sprinkle Thandai masala. Roll over it. Wet your palms very lightly and press masala nicely.

Roll tight roll. Cut into equal size pieces. Press each lightly with thumb.

Fry it in warm oil on medium flame.
