Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 loafFrench Bread
  • 1 lbground beef, browned and drained
  • 3/4 cupcatsup
  • 2 Tbsp.instant minced onion
  • to tasteGarlic powder – optional
  • 1 cupMozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese (sprinkle to taste)
  • butter

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut French bread in half lengthwise.  Spread with butter.

  2. 2

    Mix 1 lb. ground beef with catsup, onion & garlic powder.  Spread on buttered bread.

  3. 3

    Top with Mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
