Ingredients

  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 1/2 cupoats
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. As neededdry fruits cashew,almonds and raisins
  5. 1 tspdesk ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy bottomed and heat ghee and roast it to oats in 2 minutes and add to milk and boil and cook till it's thick.

  2. 2

    Now add to dry fruits and sugar cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Healthy oats kheer is ready and garnish with dry fruits.
