Soaked 2 cups chole overnight. Then pressure cooked them in morning with 1/2 tsp salt and a tea bag
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1 chopped Onion,few chopped garlic cloves and a chopped green chilli. Cook for a minute
Then add 1 cup pureed tomato. Let it cook until it's water evaporates completely. - 2
Then make a paste of the spices.. 1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp turmeric powder + 1/4 tsp dhaniya powder + 1 tsp garam Masala.
Add this paste to the pan.
Add cooked chole, water as required, give a boil.. Sprinkle chopped coriander and ginger slivers - 3
Knead a soft dough using all the above ingredients. Cover with a Muslin cloth and keep it aside for 2-3 hrs.

Roll dough into bhatura.. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
Serve hot with chole - 5
The amount mentioned above makes 10 bhatura.. You can variate ingredients accordingly
