Slice the onion and sauté it in a large skillet with a little olive oil.

Pat the meat dry with a paper towel, coat both sides with flour, and brown it in the skillet.

In an oven-safe Dutch oven, add the tomatoes, bouillon cube, white wine, 1 clove of garlic, herbs, and then add the meat and onions.

Add the white wine and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
