Melt margarine in microwave.

Add flour stir until there are no lumps.

Add milk and microwave until sauce is thick. Whisk every 30 seconds

Cook macaroni with enough water (should cover the macaroni entirely -1cm above pasta) in the microwave for 20 min until done. Strain out water.

Serve with leftover mince and add the white sauce and some grated cheese on top put back in the microwave oven for 10min until cheese is melted
