Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana overnight soaked
  • 1large potato finely dice chopped
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 2-3 tsproasted & roughly crushed peanuts
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1lemon's juice
  • 3 tspoil /ghee
  • 2 tspdry fruits (kaju, kismis)
  • Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put oil/ghee and fry potatoes dice.

  2. 2

    Then add green chilli, after that add sabudana and cook it.

  3. 3

    Now add sugar, dry fruits, lemon juice and crushed peanuts. Mix it well & cover it for 3-4 mins..

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves... Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve......
