Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • 1/2 kgpeas
  • 3tomates
  • 1onion
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 2.5 gturmeric
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 4 piecesroyco cubes
  • 10 groyco powder
  • Salt
  • C/oil

Steps

30mins
  1. 1

    Fry onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and beef cover for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add salt, royco cubes, turmeric, crushed ginger n garlic and peas mix well cover for 5mins

  4. 4

    Mix royco poweder in a cup of water and add

  5. 5

    Add another cup of water and let it cook on low heat for 20mins

  6. 6

    Garnish with dhania

  7. 7

    Enjoy with chapati or rice
