  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspcloves ground
  • 1/2 tspcardamom ground
  • 1/2cinnamon ground
  • 1 cupmargarine
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cream the sugar & margarine till pale and fluffy.

    Add eggs, flour, milk alternating.

    Add the spices in the batter and fold in, the flour is sifted with baking powder.

    Place the papers in a baking tray. & Scoop the batter on them.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
