Chop onion,coriander leaves,green chillies and ginger.Put in a bowl and add carom seeds.

Add sattu.

Mix to crumbled by adding some water.Keep aside.

Make a soft dough of wheat flour.Leave for 10minutes.

Make 6-8even sized balls of dough.Make a cup,fill sattu filling.

Roll to a paratha.

Shallow fry on tawa with mustard oil.Serve.
