Ingredients

  • 1 CupFlour
  • 4 tbspBaisan
  • 3/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 CGhee
  • 1/2 CGround sugar
  • 1 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • egg yellow to brush

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients except egg, shape the nan khatais, brush them with egg yellow and bake them at 180 C for 12-15 min. Let them cool then
    remove from the tray.
