aik cup sawiyon(vermacilli) ko 4,5 tablespoons oil ya ghee mai hlka sa fry kr lain.

Jb khushbu anay lagay to 1/4 cup pani daal k thora sa cook karay.

Jb sawiyan thori soft ho jaye to is mai egg n sugar daal k achi trha cook karay, k sugar mix ho jaye or egg ki smell bhi khtm ho jaye.

Phr ghee n yellow clr bhi add kr dain or cook karay.

Last mai khoya daal k 5 min tk bht halki heat pe dum pe rkh dain.
