Ingredients

  • 3-4medium potatoes par boiled and cut into cubes
  • 3 tspGreen chutney
  • 2 tspTamarind chutney
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspwhisked curd
  • 1 tspChaat masala or as required
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • Few drops of lemon (optional)
  • Some Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes in cubes with it's skin. Fry in hot oil till brown and crisp.

    In a bowl put salt and all the dry masalas,curd,green chutney, tamarind chutney, lemon juice and mix.Put hot crispy potatoes in this mixture and mix well and it is ready to serve.

    Garnish it with more chutney,s,and pomegranate seeds (optional).
