Fried Rice #4weeks challenge
Very simple and tasty rice
Steps

Boil your rice in oil and salt until well cooked but don't overcook

Fry the onion and when it turns slightly brown add sliced coloured peppers. Cover and let cook for two minutes.

Add some salt and mix well. Add tumeric

Add your recooked rice and mix evenly. Cover for a minute
- 5
Grate a carrot and slice a tomato. Serve the rice and garnish
