Kache Kele Kabab (raw banana kabab)

Take pan heat one tbspn. oil put Jeera crackle then add green chilli, garlic, ginger add Onion saute till then brown.

Put salt, black pepper and red degi mirch add boiled kache kele and potato mixer saute for 2 minutes add green coriander and lemon syrup. Add roasted besan.mix well for one minute. Off the gas.

Keep aside for cool and make shape of kabab and put dry fruit and keep in fridge for half and hour.

Take Non-stick pan and done shallow fry. Yummy kabab is ready to eat. Take with mint chutney or tomato sauce
