Dry toast the sliced brown bread

Chop your carbage, cucumber, orange onions, garlic then grate your carrots to get the fine slim shape.

Fry your veggies using olive oil for about a minute, add pepper, seasoning to taste.

Fry your eggs with little olive oil, onion and garlic. Put beside the bread and veggies and serve with any chilled drink / tea or coffee.
