Wash the meal then cut it into small pieces then boil it until it's soft

Put the cooking oil enough in the pan then fry onions until it's golden brown

Add the spice to the mixture then allow it to cook for 2 minutes then add meat then allow it to cook and ensure it does not stick on the pan

Add potatoes and mix them to fry for some minutes

Add water to the potatoes to cook for some minutes

Add rice to the mixture and allow it to simmer until the water drains

Cover it and lower the heat then put charcoal on heat in order to.cook and in order to dry

Serve it with chapati
